The villages have to walk long distances to a hand pump for water. Now with the installation of the wind turbine powered water pump the water is pumped to a reservoir at in turns is connected to taps within the community, thus providing running water for day to day use. We always strive to use local labour for the excavation and civil work that needs to be done.
