This Kestrel is mounted on the roof of the new, state of the art, technology facility of Polaris Software in Chennai, India. The building is being positioned as a green (green energy) building. The AHU (Air Handling Unit) exhaust gives air for about 12 hours per day, 5 days per week. Which means that this 600W turbine delivers 24 – 30kWh of power per week.
